Horse and Groom Policy

All Horse and Groom management and employees commit to respect all others with respect and fairness regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation (not exclusive). We will endeavour to react reasonably and with responsibility to resolve any issues that may arise whilst undertaking our job tasks.

We are aiming to source as many local ingredients and products to assist other local businesses and as a local, family ran pub we want to encourage our neighbours and friends to come and relax in our establishment.  

We also want to encourage local teams to join us and play with pride for The Horse and Groom Public House

We will under no circumstances accept illegal practices occurring on The Horse and Groom premises and reserve the right to instantly ban a person or person's from the venue without warning. We also reserve the right to contact the authority's and provide any evidence required by them to pursue a conviction when requested. These practices include (but are not exclusively) drug taking or dealing, sexual harassment, violence toward staff or other customers. homophobia, misogyny or foul and abusive behaviour.

We take all complaints seriously and will conduct a full and complete investigation into any issues arising. We also commit to learn from our mistakes and implement changes where we have fallen short of our high standards.

We welcome customers feedback and will review each and every one to help advance the business and customer satisfaction
